· EXTREME OR INTENSE WEATHER PHENOMENA: (which prevent road, sea and air transport)
· POLITICAL-STRIKE or OTHER TYPE OF HUMAN GATHERINGS THAT PREVENT THE FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS
· INSTRUCTIONS-TRANSFER OF CIRCULATION BY STATE ORDER
· DECLARATION OF THE COUNTRY IN A PARTIAL OR TOTAL STATE OF EMERGENCY NECESSITY
· DECLARATION OF WAR or OTHER EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE AND GENERALLY EVENTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NON-FREE MOVEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS
Orders outside Greece are sent to (Cyprus, Bulgaria, Albania) and by courier with preferential charges according to its respective price list, given that the ordered items are available. In the event of unavailability of some of the items in the order, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer.
The processing of express shipments to Cyprus, Albania & Bulgaria is carried out through an autonomous
network of ACS as an extension of the coverage we offer in the wider Balkan area to
the present, in Cyprus, Albania and Bulgaria, with preferential charges, according to the official
price list of ACS.

• Shipments to the ACS network - ACS Net Express
Express shipments to the rest of the international network are processed in collaboration with the largest
courier companies, choosing the best provider on a case-by-case basis and are charged according to
the official price list of ACS, at competitive charges that ACS has secured
for its customers.
• Shipments to the whole world - ACS World Express
Less urgent shipments by road transport to and from European Union countries, which
are provided in cooperation with GLS, and at particularly low charges, according to the current
official ACS price list.
• Non-urgent shipments to / from European Union countries - ACS Europe 5
Relates to the economical shipment of parcels from 1kg to 40kg, to European Union countries, by
road transport. It is the most upgraded and particularly economical international parcel transport service, which is mainly aimed at customer-senders such as online stores, e-
Commerce companies and private customers. It concerns the service of receipt - transport (by road) and delivery
of shipments (parcels), from Greece to all European Union (EU) countries with the exception of
Cyprus (served by the ACS Cyprus (EC) Economy service).

Economical road transport of parcels up to 31.5kg to European Union countries, in collaboration with
the DPD network, and with particularly advantageous prices to destinations in Germany
OPHIDESSA is not responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance costs and which the customer must pay in full.
OPHIDESSA does not control these charges and is not able to estimate their amount as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday until 16:00 Greek time (excluding public holidays).
We try to ship every order within 48 hours, however, there is the possibility of shipping within 3-5 business days due to external factors that may cause delays.
The prices displayed in the online store include 24% VAT, while for the countries of the euro zone VAT is not included.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
You have the right to change or return the product you purchased within 14 days, at most, from the date of delivery L.4242/14 (Government Gazette 50 A/28-02-2014). A prerequisite is that the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the purchase receipt or a copy thereof.
Changes/returns are made in two ways:
A. At an OPHIDESSA store by presenting the purchase receipt
B. Through ACS (for Greece), following the following procedure:
- Pack the goods together with a copy of the purchase receipt and the Change - Return Form. In the case of issuing an invoice, an accompanying note is required. - The goods must be unused and have their tags attached.
The return must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- The return & reshipment cost of €2.50 is borne by the customer and is paid upon receipt of the new item. For refunds, the cost borne by the customer is €2.50 and is deducted from the refund amount.
Note the IBAN on the Return Form (within Greece only).
IMPORTANT - Keep the shipping number and inform us of your return.
* We are not responsible in the event of loss of a package during the return and before receipt by us.
For returns outside Greece, the shipping method is at the customer's choice. The costs are borne exclusively by him.
* The value of the returned goods will be offset against the value of the goods to be replaced. Any additional charges including shipping/cash on delivery costs will be paid to the courier employee.
* In the event of incorrect collection by the courier company that leads to the deposit of the amount of money into a bank account by A.G.E.D, the bank charges are borne by the customer.
For returns outside Greece, the shipping method is at the customer's choice and the costs are borne exclusively by him.
- In the case of a refund for returns of items via ACS, this will be made using the payment method of the original purchase (credit/debit card, (paypal or bank account) deducting an amount of €2.50 for return costs. For purchases with cash on delivery, inform us about the bank, the IBAN and your bank account details. The refund will be made after the return by the courier (approximately within 10 days).
